Just about the same time that Todd drops off Noah at Grandma and Grandpa's, a neighbor is out walking his dogs, Larry and Sophie. Noah loves playing with the dogs... and the neighbor is nice enough to let Noah pet them. One of Noah's favorite words is "woof" and he says it often around Larry and Sophie.
